Innesco

Immediately following my time as the property reporter at Retail Week I joined London PR firm Innesco as account manager. In this role I was responsible for a number of major accounts on behalf of multi-million pound clients from the commercial property sector.

One of these was the world’s largest shopping centre owner, Westfield, which appointed Innesco to oversee its biggest UK project to date, the Westfield Stratford City development on the site of the 2012 London Olympics.

A critical project to Westfield, Innesco was  tasked with building an end-to-end communications strategy for the b2b press coverage in the lead up to the 2011 opening of the centre. This required a complete and thorough understanding of every aspect of the development, its context as a major element of the Olympic project, the significance of its London location and the climate into which it was opening.

I also handled a number of similar accounts, including the St Enoch shopping centre in Glasgow and a major property portfolio in West London on behalf of global charity the Wellcome Trust.
